Wednesday 12th December - walk *** – Around Felixstowe - mainly cloudy with some rain.

More rain so after breakfast did my exercises before meetin with an old friend for a walk before she headed back to work. We only had an hour so we walked much quicker than usual, heading down through Langer Park coming out near the Manor Martello tower and back along the prom with menacing dark cloud coming up from the sw. The sea was really flat as the winds were very light and we actually made it home before the rain arrived. Then after lunch we headed to an old friend for a cuppa and cake:)
